She is also an Ambassador to Botanic Gardens International and Advisor to Drop Bio (an Australian Biotech firm). 
 
Karen was formerly CEO of Retail, Brand & Marketing for Standard Chartered Bank, reporting to the Group CEO. Standard Chartered operates in over 70 markets with 80,000 staff, focusing primarily on Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Karen’s broad career across complex global matrixed businesses covered wholesale and retail banking, global strategy and technology transformation, plus brand and marketing. 
 
Prior to her career in banking, Karen was a Partner with Booz Allen Hamilton, working on financial services in the Asia Pacific region, with particular focus on technological, strategic and operational transformations.

Trevor was most recently a member of the Executive leadership team at Gemserv, an award- winning professional services firm. Also chair of the Green Purposes Company (GPC). The GPC was set up by the UK government to hold to account the world’s first Green Investment Bank following privatisation to Macquarie, the global infrastructure investor.

Lois Guthrie 

Now Senior Technical Advisor to the IFRS Foundation, Lois pursued a career in taxation, first at PwC and then at Zurich Insurance Group until 2016. Having joined the Carbon Disclosure Project (now CDP) in 2004, she simultaneously developed a career in climate and natural capital corporate reporting. 
 
Lois is the founding director of the Climate Disclosure Standards Board (CDSB) and also worked for the International Integrated Reporting Council as a Technical Director during the development of the <IR> Framework. Lois was a director at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development for five years. She joined the IFRS Foundation in February 2022 as a Special Advisor to the International Sustainability Standards Board. 
Henry Lang

Lois Guthrie 

Now Senior Technical Advisor to the IFRS Foundation, Lois pursued a career in taxation, first at PwC and then at Zurich Insurance Group until 2016. Having joined the Carbon Disclosure Project (now CDP) in 2004, she simultaneously developed a career in climate and natural capital corporate reporting.

Gordon Anderson 

INSEAD Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Adjunct Professor mentoring students and teaching on the MBA and the two main senior Executive MBA courses including the joint Tsinghua/INSEAD EMBA. He spent 18 years in the aerospace business, handling the legal and commercial negotiation of avionics and technology transfer deals with Korea and Japan, and in civil aircraft manufacturing negotiating the sale, pricing and finance of regional airliners plus presidential and executive jets worldwide (Europe, US, Brazil, Indonesia, Mali, Australia, NZ). As Head of Aviation and Structured Finance at DKB (now Mizuho) Bank he developed and completed numerous first of kind financing structures to major global manufacturers and airlines including Swissair, SAS, Airbus, Lufthansa. By the late ’90s Gordon expanded his activities to shipping and later formed Barbizon Finance with which he dealt with global shipping companies such as PCL, PIL, Ugland and BLT. 
 
By 2000 Gordon had moved his business to Singapore and mixed his large slow moving finance dealings with multiple entrepreneurial projects including software, electronics, and mining. He worked closely with teams working to save virgin rainforest in Aceh and co-led an Indonesian mission to Sweden to learn about the Swedish Forestry model which obtains 40% of its national electricity needs from biomass.
